What happens if I stop paying for Distromono?

You’ll automatically be included in our enemies list. Just kidding. If you’re thinking about your songs, they’re not taken down immediately. You’ll first receive up to 3 emails to resubscribe, in case it was unintentional. You’ll have three months until we take those products down. It should be easy for you to transfer them, you’ll have plenty of time to do so.

What happens with my songs if I stop paying for Distromono?

Initially, your songs continue to be available on all streaming platforms, they won’t be taken down immediately. I mean, it would be rude. Especially if you’re making money! You’ll first receive up to 3 emails letting you know that your subscription has expired, giving you a chance to renew. You have about 3 months after that to transfer before we take them down.

Can I choose my label name?

You said it, “my label name”. Of course, this is fully customizable.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. So you need to make sure that your payment information is correct and up to date as we won’t be sending you a reminder. However, as Distromono offers an annual subscription, you know you won’t have to worry about payment for a year.

How can I cancel my subscription to Distromono?

Really? Ok… Well it hurts, but that’s why we’ve made it quick and painless. Go to Account > Contact Us and select “Other General Questions” from the drop-down menu. You can then enter the sad news in the text (saddest emoji).

How can I change my email address?

Almost as easy as changing your password! Almost. Here, you need to go to Account > Contact Us. Under “How can we help?”, select “Login or Account Issues” from the drop-down menu. Fill out the rest of the info and describe your request in more detail.

How can I change my location?

Go to Account > Contact Us. Under “How can we help?”, select “Other General Questions” from the drop-down menu. Fill out the rest of the info and describe your request in more detail.

How can I change my password?

This one is easy. Go to Login > Forgot my password. Enter your email address, head over to your Inbox and follow the easiest instructions ever! Note: If you can’t find the email in your Inbox, check your Spam. Don’t worry, we know it’s not personal.

How can I restore my subscription to Distromono?

Yay! We missed you too. Go to Account > Contact Us and select “Other General Questions” from the drop-down menu. You can then enter the good news in the text (happiest emoji).
